Audit Log for Quiz Rejected

The events associated with the approval workflow completed with the rejected outcome are recorded in the audit log as follows:

• Workflow Started entry - This entry records information such as when the workflow was started and the user id of the person who initiated the workflow
• Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the quiz lifecycle status was updated from Review to Approval
• Version Change entry - This entry indicates that the quiz version was incremented as part of the approval workflow
• eRejection entry - This entry is created for each approval task completed with the rejected outcome
• Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the quiz lifecycle status was updated from Approval to Draft
