If a document has a Training Required field set to Quiz, any member of the Employee Records (ER) quiz author s group can create a quiz that the trainees will be required to take in order to complete their training.

You can access the quiz saved in the quiz library by accesseing from a link in the Quality Document Actions option on the home page. The link to the quiz library is visible and accessible only to the members of the Employee Records (ER) administrators or the ER quiz authors group.

Before the training tasks are generated for a document requiring a quiz, the completed quiz must be reviewed and approved. A training record that is submitted to a role, regardless of the type of the workflow initiation method associated with the role, remains with the status Enabled” if the training record has an associated quiz that is not approved.
