Periodic Review Audit Log

The events associated with the periodic review are recorded in the audit log as follows:

• Workflow Started entry - This entry records information such as when the workflow is started
• Task Completion entry - This entry is created for each periodic review task completed with the initiator indicating the user id of the reviewer who completed the task and the description showing their task comments.
