Quiz Lifecycle Change Request

You cannot modify an approved quiz that is assigned to the current major version of a document. If you want to edit an approved quiz, you must set the quiz back to the draft stage to begin the process over again.

To set the quiz back to draft stage and enable modification, a member of the quiz author group can use the quiz reset workflow as follows:

1. Select Request a Change from NextDocs on the quiz context menu
2. Enter a reason for the change in the Reason textbox on the start workflow page for the Quiz Reset workflow screen
3. Click Start Workflow

After the quiz is reset to the draft stage, the workflow status is set to Quiz Reset Completed and the quiz version is incremented to the next major version. The training document version will not be incremented as the quiz is still associated with the same version of the document.
