Employee Records Quiz Library

You can create new quizzes from the NextDocs menu on the source document in the working documents library. The new quizzes are saved into the Emplyee Records (ER) quiz library. Within this library, the quiz is processed through its lifecycle until it is approved.

The ER quiz library is configured to store documents with minor and major versions. A minor version quiz is the one that is in authoring phase. When the quiz is written, reviewed and approved, the quiz is published to a major version and available for training. If a document that is configured for a quiz is submitted to training prior to the quiz being approved, the trainees’ tasks are not generated until the quiz is approved. In other words, the workflow that issues the training task does not begin until the quiz is approved and the associated training records remain in an Enabled state.
