Audit Log for Quiz Approved

The events associated with the approval workflow completed with the approved outcome are recorded in the audit log as follows:

• Workflow Started entry - This entry records information such as when the workflow was started, and the user id of the person who initiated the workflow
• Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the document lifecycle status was updated from Review to Approval
• Version Change entry - This entry indicates that the quiz version was incremented as part of the quiz approval workflow
• eApproval entry - This entry is created for each approval task completed with an approval outcome
