Workflow Overview

After all tasks are completed, the details in the Workflow Overview screen is updated as follows:

• The Workflow History for the quiz approval workflow is updated to display the date and the time when the quiz is completed
• The Status under Approval Details is set to Completed
• The Completed On date is set to the date and the time when the quiz is completed
• The status of each User Action phase is updated to show the overall status of that phase
• Each User Action phase contains the user id, the status of the task, the date and the time when the quiz is completed, and the comments entered by the user
• Each Workflow Task field contains the task title, the user id of the assigned user, the date and the time when the quiz was assigned, the date and time when the quiz was completed, and the task status.
