Change Required

If a user selects Changes Required, the following occurs:

• The workflow status is set to Change Required
• An email notification of the periodic review outcome is sent to the workflow initiator and all assigned periodic reviewers
• An email notification is sent to the document author indicating that changes are required and that the author should begin a change request for the reason specified by the user who selected Changes Required
