Group Approval Tasks

By default, if a SharePoint group is selected to review or approve a document or a new document request, the outcome from the first responder’s completed task will prevail and the workflow will complete. If you require all reviewers or approvers in a group to respond, refer to your NextDocs services representative to guide you in modifying the corresponding workflow. The workflows can be designed to issue individual tasks to members of a group.
