Quiz Rejection

If any one of the designated approvers rejects the quiz, the workflow ends immediately and the workflow status is updated to Quiz Rejected.

When a quiz is rejected, the following processes occur:

• The lifecycle status is set to Draft
• The audit log is updated
• All In Progress approval tasks are cancelled
• All approvers whose approval tasks were cancelled receive a rejection notification
• An email notification of quiz rejection is sent to the author
