Aurea Social Video Stream Module Troubleshooting
The first thing to do if something does not work
The easiest way to verify the major Video Stream settings is to use verification functionality on the Video Stream service application properties page.
The get to the page, do the following:
- Go to Sharepoint Central Administration -> Manage Service Applications -> NewsGator VideoStream Service Properties page.
- Click the Verify button. The Verification Report appears. If there are any errors resolve them before proceeding with Video Stream troubleshooting.
Note:
The verification feature works only if used from the Default Zone.
