Quiz Review Audit Log

All events associated with the review are recorded in the audit log as follows:

• Workflow Started entry - This entry records information such as when the workflow was started and the user id of the user who initiated the workflow
• Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the document lifecycle status was updated from Draft to Review
• Task Completion entry - This entry is created for each review task indicating the user id of the reviewer who completed the task. The description in the entry includes the task comments

To access the audit log, select View Audit Log from NextDocs on the document’s context menu.
