No new syndication content is available to users for their regular RSS subscriptions. Nothing else is impacted. |

A fraction of the feeds in the system. The job will guarantee that each feed gets retrieved once an hour. It will split the number of feeds is has to retrieve in each cycle to achieve once an hour. |
