Creating a Message - Step 4: Checking content
You can generate two reports that help ensure your message is delivered and displays correctly on your recipients' computers:
- Verify HTMLHypertext Markup Language. A set of tags used to mark the structural elements of text files. HTML files include tags that create hyperlinks to other documents on the Internet.: Lists relative links to graphics as errors, and warns you about other potential issues, such as the use of style sheets. This report is available only for HTML messages.
- Spam Check: Checks whether your message will pass through spam filters. This report is available for both HTML and text messages.
Viewing reports
To view the reports, on the right navigation bar, click Verify HTML or Spam Check.
Next steps
After you finish checking the content, close the report, click SAVE, and then do one of the following:
- Click Back to return to the Settings page.
- Click HTML Editor to make further changes.
- Click SAVE & NEXT to create the text version of the message.
