Creating a Message - Step 3: Adding content and enhancements

You can add demographicsSpecific piece of information about your contacts, such as last name, age, gender, location, marital status. In Aurea Campaign Manager, demographics are referred to as attributes. to personalize your messages, as well as the following content from the Content Library:

  • Dynamic content: Personalized content based on recipients' demographic profile and preferences.
  • Enhancers: Enhancers add commonly used features to your messages, for example the ability to post your message on social media sites or to unsubscribe from your mailing list.
How to add uploaded content?
  1. Place the cursor where you want to add the content.
  2. On the right navigation bar, click Uploaded Content.  

  1. If necessary, on the Content Library navigation bar, navigate to the folder containing the desired content.

  1. Click Insert of the item you want to add. The item is added to the message.

  1. In the Content Library, click Close Window to return to the message.
Where should I add the dynamic content?
  1. Place the cursor where you want to add the content.
  2. On the right navigation bar, click Dynamic Content.

  1. If necessary, on the Content Library navigation bar, navigate to the folder containing the desired content.

  1. Click Insert Tag of the item you want to add. The item is added to the message.

  1. In the Content Library, click Close Window to return to the message.
Where should I add a demographic?
  1. Place the cursor where you want to add the demographic.
  2. On the right navigation bar, select the demographic you want to add from the Insert Field drop down list.

  1. Click Insert.

The demographic is inserted into the message.  

Where should I add an enhancer?

You can only add enhancerA commonly used form, such as a survey or unsubscribe request that you can add to your message. on the Edit HTMLHypertext Markup Language. A set of tags used to mark the structural elements of text files. HTML files include tags that create hyperlinks to other documents on the Internet. tab.

  1. Place the cursor where you want to add the enhancer.
  2. On the right navigation bar, click Enhancers.

  1. If necessary, on the Content Library navigation bar, navigate to the folder containing the desired enhancer.
  2. Click Insert Tag of the enhancer you want to add. The enhancer is added to the message.

  1. In the Content Library, click Close Window to return to the message.
