Configure Bookmark Options
- Click on the checkbox for Bookmark to open the bookmark options settings. Set the options as follows:
- Expanded bookmark level mode – allows you to specify the number of bookmark levels that automatically expand when the PDF document is opened.
- Maximum level – allows you to specify the maximum number of bookmark levels generated in the PDF document.
- Microsoft Word Bookmarks
- Include Section Numbering – allows you to specify that the section number be displayed for bookmarking if the document contains sections.
- Create Bookmark Mode – allows you to elect to use Word default styles and level numbers for creating bookmarks.
- Orphan Bookmark Mode – If set, the system will know to take the wording from the Parent Bookmark Text and display it when a level is missing.
- Parent Bookmark Text – allows you to specify verbiage to be used in place of missing levels.
- Styles
- Add a custom Site Content Type – allow you to enter the name of a custom style to be added to the custom style list.
- Style – allows you to select a heading style from the menu and map it to a level number to create a bookmark that appears at that level.
