Select the Permission Level needed to access the Uncontrolled Print functionality from the Permission Level menu.
Optionally, select an Overlay Template to be applied to the PDF document prior to printing.
Optionally, configure the Print Text, color and ECB title. Click on the checkbox next to Configure Text, color, ECB in this section and the system will display the configuration options.
Enter the Print Text to appear on the printed PDF document in the Print Text textbox. By default this is set to “UNCONTROLLED COPY PRINTED”.
Select the color of the Print Text to appear on the printed PDF document from the Color of Text menu. By default this is set to “Black”.
Enter the ECB title text that will appear on the NextDocs menu in the Drop-Down description. By default this is set to “UnControlled Print”.
