Feature Configuration

  1. Select Auto Workflow Start from NextDocs Features in NextDocs Feature Management.
  2. Select the workflow to be started from the Auto Start Workflow name menu. This is the workflow that will be executed based upon the configured event type. Only valid, published workflows will be presented for selection.
  3. Configure the event type.
    • To start the workflow only when a new item is created, click on the radio button for “On New Item Creation”.
    • To start the workflow each time an existing item is updated or a new item is created, click on the radio button for “On Item Updated or Creation”.
  4. Click on the "OK" button to save the configuration.
