Document Relationship Audit Log Entries

The system will automatically create an audit log entry for each of the following events:

• New Relationship Creation
  • An audit log entry will be generated for the parent and child document that identifies the event type, the document (as either the parent or the child), the relationship type, the date and time, the user, location of the related document.
• Relationship Deletion
  • An audit log entry will be generated for the parent and child document that identifies the event type, the document (as either the parent or the child), the relationship type, the date and time, the user, location of the related document.
• Automatic Update of Relationship due to Parent lifecycle reset in a float and lock binding relationship
  • An audit log entry will be generated when a new version of the child is created, and/or
  • The relationship is reestablished due to the parent lifecycle reset.
