NextDocs Digital Signature Authentication

NextDocs digital signatures are based on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and are a result of a cryptographic operation that guarantees signer authenticity, data integrity and non-repudiation of signed documents. The digital signature cannot be copied, tampered or altered or it appears as broken.  We use CoSign technology for this purpose.

In NextDocs, digital signature authentication requires the user to enter a user name and password and provide a meaning or reason for signing. The signature is then placed inside a predefined field on the document and becomes part of the document.
