Manage Overlay Templates

The properties that determine the location and appearance of the overlay are modifiable. The PDF overlay file that is uploaded to be overlaid onto the document is not modifiable from within the feature. To modify the overlay file, you would need to delete the overlay template and create a new overlay template with the modified PDF overlay file.

1. To Edit or Delete an Overlay Template, open the Site Actions menu and select Site Settings.
2. On the Site Settings screen select Watermarking and Overlay from the NextDocs Administration group.
3. Click on the “Edit a Current Overlay Template” link to access the NextDocs Overlay Setup screen.
