Configure PDF Operations

In the “General Settings” section click on the NextDocs Feature Management link.

On the “Features” list click on the PDF Operations link.

Configure the options that are appropriate for your application.

• Controlled Printing Permissions - allows you to select the permission level needed to access the Controlled Print functionality.
• Uncontrolled Printing Permissions - allows you to select the permission level needed to access the Uncontrolled Print functionality.
• Blank (Original) Copy Printing Permissions - allow you to select the permission level needed to access the Blank Print functionality.
• PDF Operation ECB Settings – allow you to specify the whether PDF Operation feature should be available on the NextDocs menu.
• PDF Security – allows you to configure the security settings for non-annotated PDF documents.
• Bookmark Options – allows you to configure the PDF document bookmark options. Note: Bookmarking is enabled by default. In order to disable it, you
• Hyperlinks – allows you to enable hyperlinks for PDF documents.
