Change Request

Change Request allows you to configure a formal process for change and withdraw initiation. The actions to be taken are dependent on the workflows configured by you.

Change Request allows you to configure the system to start a workflow when either a Change Request or a Withdraw Request is requested. The system can be configured to use a different workflow based upon the request type selected.

If you configure a permission level for this feature, only those users with adequate permissions will see Change Request on the NextDocs menu for documents in this library. If you do not configure a permission level for this feature, everyone will have access to the Change/Withdraw Request page.
