Workflow Publish

A workflow must be published before it is available to be used within SharePoint lists.

To publish the workflow:

  1. Select Publish from the file group on the ribbon.
  2. Enter a title in the Title textbox.
  3. Optionally, enter a description in the Description textbox.
  4. Click on the Save command in the Commit group on the ribbon.
  5. When the workflow has successfully published, the system displays a dialog with the message, “The workflow has been published.”
  6. Click on the "OK" button to confirm.
