Contact Times

Learn to add contact times.

You can enter contact times for account and persons, e.g. a doctor’s consultation hours or the opening hours of a pharmacy. These times are color-coded in the calendar to aid you in planning appointments whenever you add an activity for the customer using drag&drop.

Contact times must be entered separately for each day of the week. You can enter contact times for the morning in the Morning from/to fields, and for the afternoon in the Afternoon from/to fields. You need to define both the start and the end of each of these periods. If you enter an end time that is earlier than the start time, a message is displayed.

You can also enter holiday periods during which a company is closed. In Aurea CRM web, such holidays are taken into account when planning visits.

To enter contact times for an account or person:

  1. Switch to the desired record.
  2. Click on the Contact Times node in the tree.
  3. Click on (New) in the results list.
  4. Select the Type and Weekday and enter the contact times in the appropriate fields.
  5. Save the record.
