A company’s most valuable asset is comprehensive information on customers and interested parties that is available quickly. This information forms the basis for providing customer care.
You can enter all information relevant to accounts and persons (names, addresses, telephone numbers) in the customer base.
Data added and edited by field reps can be verified and approved by office staff.
You can use all data stored in the customer base as criteria for sending letters, event invitations, promotional material and newsletters.
You can store additional addresses for each customer (e.g. delivery of billing addresses) as well as all contact information (e.g. telephone numbers and e-mail addresses). You can upload documents (e.g. special agreements) and images to accounts and persons.
You can display a company’s location in Bing Maps based on the address information entered in the system. For further details, see Map View.
