Inventory Management

You can manage your inventory in Aurea CRM.

For example, service technicians can manage the stocks in their vehicle.

Inventory management supports the following functions:

  • Every rep can add various stocks for each item, see Stock.
  • Various types of transactions can be entered, e.g. items removed from the central warehouse, returns, losses etc., see Stock Control.
  • You can determine whether stocks are affected by offers and orders, see Orders and Stocks.
  • A rep’s current stock is calculated automatically based on stock control and stock control item records. This provides you with information on the quantity of a particular item in stocks, see Stock.
  • All changes to stocks are logged in the Stock History info area, see Stock History.
Note: This chapter describes the info areas and functions involved without dictating a fixed approach to inventory management.

In order to use the inventory management functions, your administrator needs to activate the automatic stock calculations.
