Additional Addresses

Learn how to store additional address.

You can store additional addresses for an account. A large clinic may have several departments, for example. Each department may be located in a separate building and have its address. You can also define the address of another account as an additional address, e.g. as the billing or delivery address.

To add an additional address:

  1. Switch to the desired account.
  2. Click on the Additional Addresses node in the tree.
  3. Click on (New) in the results list.
  4. You can click on (Select) to the right of the Target Account field and select an account to use that account’s address as an additional address for the current account. The address data entered for the selected account is transferred automatically.
  5. Select the Address type (e.g. delivery or billing address).
    Note: You can only add one additional address per account and Address type.
  6. Save the record.
