Customer Service – LSI
Storing customer data.
You can store data relevant to customer service processes, such as:
- Medical inquiries, see Medical Inquiries.
- Information in your knowledge base, see Knowledge Base.
Medical Inquiries
Health specialists often make specific product inquiries. You can store these inquiries in Aurea CRM, document them and process them.
To add a new medical inquiry:
- The following options are available:
- Select (Service) > New Medical Request. Search for the person you want to add the inquiry for.
- Switch to the person you want to add the inquiry for. Click on the Medical Requests node in the tree. Click on (New).
- You can add inquiries when documenting calls, see Call Documentation – LSI.
- Select the appropriate role.
- Enter data such as the Request topic, Item No., Cause etc.
- Save the record.
Note: Click on (Copy to Knowledge Base) in the header to
add the inquiry to your knowledge base, see Knowledge Base.
Select (Service) > Medical Requests to display an overview of all medical inquiries.
Knowledge Base
You can store best practice examples and FAQs in the knowledge base, and use this to quickly solve any issues. You can add medical inquiries to the knowledge for future reference, see Medical Inquiries.
Select (Service) > Knowledge Base to access the knowledge base.
