Social CRM

Social CRM integrates social media communication with the CRM system.

You can choose to monitor various social networks and analyze communication within the network for content relevant to your company. The social inbox contains messages related to your company from discussions in the selected social media networks.

These conversations (called twists, which includes the original message and all responses) can be used to gain a variety of insights, e.g. feedback on marketing campaigns, information on special offers made by your competitors or product defects, and allow you to react quickly before the first complaints are received by your service staff.

Note: Social CRM is an additional module that is not included in Aurea CRM web by default. Contact your Aurea CRM representative if you want to acquire Social CRM.
