Learn to manage orders.

Orders are always added from offers. You cannot add orders directly, add items to existing orders or edit items added to an order. Automatic pricing is not applied to orders.

To create an order, you first need to add an offer and select Copy to Order from the offer’s context menu. You can also create orders within the scope of the offer process, see Phase 5 - Decision.

The order is always added for a company, i.e. for the person's company when adding the order for a person.
