Surveys – ISI and LSI

Learn about surveys.

You can define questionnaires to be used in telephone marketing campaigns, for example. You can:

  • Define the questions in the questionnaire and possible answers
  • Define branches in the questionnaire that are carried out based on the answers given to specific questions
  • Define mandatory questions and default answers
  • Use values in the database as answers
  • Update records based on the answers received

Surveys can be carried out from an activity record. Within the scope of campaigns, you can automatically assign a questionnaire to the activities generated for the campaign, see Defining Marketing Activities.

Surveys that have been carried out for a person or company are displayed in the company/person tree view.
