You can store existing documents in Aurea CRM web’s database. Example - a letter that you received from a customer.

You can also create a single letter defined by your administrator which is combined with data in the database in order to send the letter to a customer. You can also generate mass mailings within the scope of marketing activities which include data relating to the target group created for the marketing activity. These documents are also stored in the database.
