Key Account Management

The key account management functions in Aurea CRM web provide you with an overview of all information relating to your key accounts.

A company is classified as one of your key accounts if:

  • The Key Account check box in the company record is enabled.
  • You are entered as the rep in the company record or are a member of the sales group assigned to the company.

You can edit data relating to your key accounts in the following areas:

Key Account Management Dashboard

Select (Sales) > Key Account Management Dashboard to open the key account management dashboard. The key account management dashboard can also be configured as your start page.

The following information is displayed:

  • Your calendar, >> Calendar
  • Activities with your key accounts in the previous two and next two weeks
  • Tasks relating to your key accounts, >> Tasks
  • Open offers for your key accounts, >> Offer Management – ISI
  • Open tickets for your key accounts, >> Ticket Process
  • Key account suggestions: companies whose total order value the previous year exceeded EUR 250,000 and that are not yet key accounts
  • Opportunity matrix for your key accounts, >> Opportunity Matrix
  • Costs vs Revenues: A comparison of activity expenses vs revenue
  • Key Account Comparison: Breakdown on the performance of various key accounts

Key Account Information on a Company

Click on the Key Account Dashboard in the company tree to display information on a specific company in the key account dashboard.

The following information is displayed:

  • Your activities involving this company
  • Activities involving this company over the previous and next two weeks, and where you are not a participant
  • Offers whose status is not "Closed", see Offer Management – ISI
  • Open tickets, see Ticket Process
  • Open tasks, see Tasks
  • A timeline displaying all activities, opportunities, offers and tickets added for the company
  • The opportunity matrix.

The information displayed here includes data added for other companies in the same corporate hierarchy, i.e. those companies linked to the current company via a relationship of the type "Corporate".
