Manage Permission Levels

As an administrator, you have the rights to create, modify or delete permissions levels. Keep in mind that the location in the site where you manage the permissions is important. Any changes you make will persist to all sub levels of that location (sub sites, etc.). Alternately, any permission levels created or managed at a sub site (creating unique permissions) will not affect higher level sites and will require permission assignment at the sub site level.
