Date Formats

The screen contains a Date Time Format legend.

Date formats can be included in the prefix and/or suffix of the document numbering schema if it conforms to the following requirements:

• The data format must be composed of the Date formats displayed in the legend.
• The date format must be enclosed in “{ }” brackets.

When the document is saved, the date format and the brackets will be replaced with the current date in the designated format.
