Audit Log for Document Approved

All events associated with an approval workflow completed with an approved outcome are recorded in the audit log as follows:

• If the document type is configured for electronic approval, a Sign Electronic entry is created for each approval task completed with an approval outcome. The description in the entry indicates the user id of the approver, the reason selected, and the date and the time of approval
• If the document type is configured for digital approval, a Sign Digital entry is created for each approval task completed with an approval outcome. The description in the entry indicates the user id of the approver, the reason selected, and the date and the time of approval
