Review Task Completion
To complete a review task:
- Check out the document to be reviewed
- Click on the document name to review the contents
- Enter comments and markups as needed
- Close, save and check in the document with optional check in comments
- Enter the required comments for the task and click submit
If the reviewer is a member of a group that is selected to review the document, such as QA members, all other members of the group are notified via an email that their review is no longer needed.
If comments and/or markups are entered, the document is checked in with a new minor version. If not, the document version remains as it was prior to being checked out.
