Review Audit Log

The events associated with the review are recorded in the audit log as follows:

  • Workflow Started entry - This entry records information such as when the workflow was started, and the user id of the user who initiated the workflow
  • Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the document lifecycle status is updated from Draft to Review by SharePoint\system
  • Version Change entry - This entry indicates that the document version is changed as part of the review workflow. This entry includes the previous and current version numbers.
  • ND Check Out and ND Check In entries - These entries record each of the Check Out and Check In events performed during the review
  • Task Completion entry - This entry is created for each review task completed with the initiator indicating the user id of the reviewer who completed the task and the description showing their task comments.

To access the audit log, select View Audit Log from NextDocs menu on the document’s context menu as shown in the following figure.
