Facilities Lists

The Facilities lists are an example of a set of dependent lookup lists. There are four (4) lists that define the facilities available to for selection. These lists are created as defined in the Reference List Population section. The lists are interrelated in that when the administrator adds an entry to the Facility Personnel list, Facility Locations list or Facilities list, he or she will need to select an entry from at least one other list. The Facility Types list is the only facility list that does not do a look up to another list.

Creating the lists in the following order can shorten the process:

  1. Facility Types,
  2. Facilities,
  3. Facility Locations, and
  4. Facility Personnel.
