Revision Audit Log

Audit Log Entries for Reversion:

All events associated with the document being revisioned to draft will be recorded in the Audit Log as follows:

• There will be a Workflow Started entry that records when the workflow was started and the User-ID of the person who initiated the workflow.
• There will be a Version Change entry indicating that the document version was incremented as part of the eTMF Demote Workflow. The description will contain the previous and current version numbers. The entry will be noted with the new version.
• There will be a Lifecycle Status Change entry which indicates that the document lifecycle status was updated from Final to “Draft” by SharePoint\system. The entry will be noted with the new version.
