NextDocs Site Provisioning Timer

The requests for new clinical trial workspaces are queued as they are requested and processed based upon the recurring schedule configured in the NextDocs Site Provisioning timer job. The NextDocs Site Provisioning timer job allows the system to schedule the clinical site provisioning as a batch –type processing operation.

To configure the timer job, the administrator will:

1. Access Central Administration.
2. Select Monitoring from the Quick Launch Bar.
3. Select Review job definitions under Timer Jobs.
4. Locate and select NextDocs Site Provisioning.
5. Configure the Recurring Schedule.
6. Click on the "OK" button.
