CRO File Access

Internal users classified as Clinical Research Organization users (CROs) will be restricted to those documents associated with their assigned studies, investigational sites and countries. Only those folders associated with their assigned investigational site and countries will be displayed in the corresponding files.

CRO users will not have direct access to the Site or Country files directly. They will be redirected to the correct site, country or trial file upon creation of a Smart Document.
