Add the Clinical Trial Workspace Template to the Hub

To add the clinical trial workspace template to the hub, the administrator will:

  1. Access the Hub site collection.
  2. Select View All Site Content from the Site Actions menu.
  3. Scroll down to Lists and select Clinical Trial list to obtain edit access.
  4. Click the Add new item link to enter the following:
Tip: The selections for the properties are placeholders only and will not affect the actual clinical trial workspace.
  • Enter the template name in the Protocol Number textbox.
  • Enter the template title in the Protocol Title textbox.
  • Enter a brief title in the Protocol Brief Title textbox.
  • Select any Investigational Product(s) from the list.
  • Select any Therapeutic Area(s) from the list.
  • Select any Indication from the menu.
  • Select a Trial Type from the menu.
  • Select any Trial Phase from the menu.
  • Select any Trial Status from the menu.
  • Select any country from the list of available countries.
  • Enter the name of the clinical trial workspace template in the Workspace Template textbox.
  • Enter the workspace template URL in the Trial Workspace Template URL textbox.
  • Optionally, enter the text to be displayed as the link in the textbox.
  • Click on the Save button.
