Create a Site Collection to be used as a Trial Workspace Template
A user with administrative privileges can create a new trial workspace template on the Central Administrative site. The administrator will need the name of the SQL server and the Hub site URL.
To create a template, the administrator will:
- Access the Central Administrative site.
- For multilingual solutions:
- Confirm that the NextDocs Clinical Configurations is set for the correct primary language hub.
- Confirm that NextDocs Multiple Site Collection Configuration is set for the correct primary language hub.
- Confirm that Database Configuration for Multiple Site Collection Configuration is set to the correct default language.
- Click on the Create Site Collections link under Application Management.
- Select the web application for the clinical application.
- Enter a title for the template site in the Title textbox.
- Enter a description for the template site in the Description textbox.
- Enter an extension for the site URL.
- Select the primary site language for the site collection from the menu.
- Click on the NextDocs tab and select Document Management Site.
- Enter the User-ID of the primary site collection administrator.
- Optionally enter a secondary site collection administrator.
- Leave the quota template set as No Quota.
- Click on the “OK” button.
The system will display a message that the top-level site was created along with the site collection URL.
