Clinical eTMF Architecture

The Clinical eTMF solution structure consists of a HUB site and clinical trial sites. Each of these is a separate site collection.

Hub

The Hub site houses all the lists required to create a new clinical trial site. Additionally, this is where the site collection administrator would create a new clinical trial and track all existing clinical trials.

Clinical Trial Workspace

Each clinical trial is housed in its own SharePoint site collection. When a clinical trial is added, a new site collection is created.
