Clinical Trial Workspace Security and Notifications Groups

For each new Clinical Trial Workspace, the system will automatically create study-wide SharePoint groups at the following levels based upon the root site permissions:

• Internal Users
• Members
• Owners
• Visitors

The system will automatically create four security and notification groups at the workspace level. The clinical trial workspace security and notifications groups that are created include:

• CRO,
• ND eTMF Visitors
• ND eTMF Members
• ND eTMF Owners

The workspace access groups will be created automatically based on the root site Security and Notifications Groups. The Protocol Number of the clinical trial is a token that is used to create the group name. The group names will be appended to the protocol number (value of the token).
