Site Checklist

The Site Checklist identifies documents that have been designated as documents that are required for each clinical trial/investigational site.

Each clinical site’s checklist will contain those items that were either specified by country name, or were identified as either “Global” or “Rest of World” when the item was added to the Site Document Master.

These items are grouped by Trial Site ID and then by study milestone.
