Clinical Trial Workspace Checklists

The workspace Quick Launch Bar contains a section titled “What’s Missing”. This section is populated with links to three checklists that are automatically created when a clinical trial workspace is provisioned. The checklists are: Trial Checklist, Country Checklist and Site Checklist. These lists help the user identify which of the required documents are missing from the study. All artifacts are created with an initial Document Status of Missing, indicating that the document has yet to be created and approved.

Tip: The “Rest Of World Document” option will add the document to each planned country checklist only if that country was not already tagged for an artifact. A country is considered “tagged” if it has at least one document associated with it.
