Document Library Communications Settings

The “Communications” section contains a link titled RSS settings which allows you to configure advanced information integration.

The RSS settings link takes you to the Modify RSS Settings screen where you can enable and configure or modify the RSS settings.

  • List RSS specifies whether to allow RSS for the library.

    Select Yes to allow RSS.

    Select No to disallow RSS.

  • RSS Channel Information - specifies the channel elements that define the RSS feed.

    Modify the Title, Description, and Image URL for this library’s feed.

  • Document Options - allows you to configure the Link and Enclosure settings for RSS items.
  • Columns - allow you to select the columns to be included and their order in the feed.
  • Item Limit – Specify the maximum number of items to include and their maximum allowable maximum age.
